Cozy Casita Private Suite

Welcome to our cozy and private suite located in the heart of Mount Vernon! This charming one-bedroom suite is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat. This suite is attached to our home, it is fully furnished and features a cozy living room, a bedroom (portable A/C unit included!) with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The space Upon arrival, you'll enter through your very own private entrance which leads into a warm and inviting living room. Cozy up on the comfortable sleeper sofa (queen) as you unwind from your travels or catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. The living room also provides access to a bedroom, where you can relax in the comfort of a plush bed. The bedroom comes equipped with its own bathroom, complete with fresh linens, making it the perfect retreat for those looking for privacy and relaxation. Guest access Guests are provided with exclusive use of a personal living space, a bedroom, and a complete bathroom. The suite offers complete privacy and includes a private entrance for the convenience of our guests. Other things to note Our friendly family of four (including two adorable mini Aussies!) is delighted to host you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We take great care to respect your privacy, but we're always available if you need anything! Don't hesitate to reach out - we're always happy to help in any way we can! **We are pet-friendly but require guests to agree to our pet rules. We have a maximum of 2 pets per stay. More than one pet may require an additional charge (for cleaning) depending on size. **There are two steps from the living room leading into the bedroom/bathroom. Please be aware this might not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. Please see pictures carefully.** **We have implemented measures to achieve the highest possible level of sound insulation. Our priority is to show consideration for our guests and ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
