Located a 5-minute walk from the beach🏖, shops🛍, restaurants🍽, and other activities in the surrounding area. Come and spend a stay in La Grande Motte to recharge your batteries. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space The accommodation has sleeping arrangements for 4 people with 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge, stovetop. The living room has a sofa bed, reversible air conditioning, TV, and storage closet. The bathroom with shower is separate from the toilet. On the large balcony, an adjustable dining table overlooking the park of the residence will allow you to fully enjoy the sun. Other things to note 🅿️ Parking is available in the residence but the apartment does not have an allocated parking space. (First come, first served). In high season it is therefore difficult to get a spot. Paid parking spaces are available all around the building. 🛜 No Wi-Fi available ☀️❄️ Reversible air conditioning 💦🤽🏻 Swimming pool in the residence - Open July and August. 🛌 Linens and bath towels are not included in the rental. You can rent the necessary items (2 pers pack €25/1 pers pack €15) or bring your own linen. 👶🏼🍼 To facilitate your vacation, baby/child equipment (baby bed, highchair, stroller) is available for rent at a price of €25 for the entire stay. ⛱️🛟 Beach equipment is also available for rent on request. In order to anticipate requests, we recommend that you let us know what you will need as soon as possible. 🧹🧽 Cleaning is included in the rental price, however, we ask that you leave the accommodation in good condition at the time of your departure. 🕦 Check-ins after 7 p.m. from October to May and 8:30 p.m. from June to September are charged €15. ⛔️💃🏽 Parties not allowed.
