Stylishly decorated throughout, the property comfortably sleeps 4 with two good sized bedrooms, consisting of one king size and one double bed. The living room area includes a smart TV, with the dining area having plenty of room for up to 4 diners. To the back of the property is the modern fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a relaxing start to the day, or for cooking up an evening meal after a hard day enjoying all Cheltenham has to offer! The outside patio area is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months. Here you’ll find a spacious outdoor seating area with a rising table making it easy for you to sit back and relax or enjoy an al-fresco meal. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a king sized bed and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. The bathroom is also upstairs with a WC, sink, heated towel rail and a waterfall shower with a handheld attachment over the bath. There is a dedicated workspace in the basement so you can work away from home in peace and quiet. The basement also has a sofa. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Please note we don't allow pets at our property. Free un-allocated parking on the street. Please note as the parking is unallocated and on a first come, first served basis. While we can't guarantee a parking space there is usually plenty of availability. Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot) CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Our property is ideal for corporate mid to long-term stays, offering a comfortable and convenient base. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves and will have full access to the ground floor and first floor of the house, as well as the outside patio area. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY Please be aware the entrance hall is narrow and the first floor is accessed by a flight of stairs. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
