Apartment near Paris with garden

Welcome to my quiet apartment with a garden, located in a modern residence close to Paris. Large studio (one more bedroom not accessible) with separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The lounge has a bedroom area with a comfortable 160x200 bed. Welcome in person at the times indicated. Quiet residence: Prohibited parties (no guests not scheduled). NON-SMOKING apartment and garden (€150 requested in case of non-compliance). No pets please (allergies!). The space To cook: The kitchen has a high table for eating, everything you need to cook, a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, and stove. To sleep: The sleeping area is in the living room with a very comfortable 160 cm x 200 cm bed. Storage is available for your belongings. The sofa cannot be used for sleeping. To work: A table is available in the living room with a very high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. To relax: The 35 m² garden, quiet, has a table and a hammock. Inside you will have the sofa area of the living room with our books and comics available, as well as a small TV. Transportation: The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Anatole France Metro station (line 3) and 10 minutes from the Clichy Levallois train station, which leads directly to the Gare Saint-Lazare. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment except a locked bedroom. Other things to note This apartment is my place of residence, so there is storage and a room not accessible with our belongings. Not being a hotel, I pay special attention to the reception, the friendliness of the exchanges and the respect of the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for babies and toddlers.
