The loft kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the amenities of home including a coffee maker, blender and more. A washer and dryer is included that is located on bottom floor. There is parking for two vehicles and a 100 ft path to one of the few private sandy beaches in Lubec. A gas grill and picnic table are situated on the patio. Lubec has over 150 miles of hiking trails, mostly coastal, and this apartment is centrally located and within walking distance to some of the best. There is a three bedroom house located on the property that is also for rent if you wish to bring along your family and friends! A beachfront fire pit and Adirondack chairs line the shore for evening gatherings, marshmallow roasts, or star gazing! Guest access There is space for two vehicles to park on the premises. Other things to note This beachfront loft apartment sits above a large garage that shares a driveway with a three bedroom house, but each have separate parking spaces, separate beach access, and separate amenities.
