Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Kingussie is a lovely village with all basic amenities that you would need for your stay. Aviemore is 15 minutes drive north. This house is a old 1900 building with great character and a cosy feel to it. Clean & tidy, with a lived in feel & practical aspects to it for outdoory visitors. During your stay I may be staying in the house but I also may be away for some of the time. I have my own separate bathroom and space. Quiet in house required between 10.30pm - 7am.
