The space This 60m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a two-story building, just 5 meters from the beach. It features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m). The living room has a very comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed (2.00 x 0.90 m) by removing the cushions. The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space (wardrobes and drawers) for your personal belongings. You will also find a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware (pots, pans, etc.), a kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, and washing machine. The dining table seats up to 6 people and can be extended for extra comfort. The balcony has an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your meals while taking in the sea view. Workspace: If you need to work remotely, there is a comfortable workspace at the dining table with a chair, as well as on the balcony with a sea view. The balcony also has an awning for shade. Heating / Cooling: You’ll stay comfortable year-round, as the house offers two air conditioning units for cooling and gas heating throughout the entire home for colder days.
