This special place has its very own style. Welcome to our cozy typical Upper Lusatian timber-framed house. Living like in grandmother's time without having to sacrifice modern comfort makes your vacation in the Wiesenhäusel a very special experience. Whether for two, with the whole family or together with friends, our house offers spacious space for 6 people on about 130 square meters. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome here. The space The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are equipped with night storage stoves that recharge at night and then release this heat throughout the day. The log cabin has a cozy wood-burning stove, which is fired from the hallway and spreads a pleasant, cozy warmth. Firewood is available. Behind the house you can sit and eat comfortably on the terrace in summer. There is also a fire pit there. A gas grill is also available. (If this is desired, please inform the property manager upon arrival) Guest access Upon arrival, the Wiesenhäusel will be handed over by our property manager on site. Departure will be arranged individually. The key code for the entrance door will be communicated in advance and is valid for the duration of the stay. Other things to note Charging electric cars is absolutely not allowed! On May 1, 2025, the new guest tax regulations will come into force for the Zittauer Mountains region. This guest tax is €2.90 per night for adults (15 years and older) and €1.45 for children (6 to 14 years). We must also collect this amount on behalf of the large district town of Zittau and pay it to the administration. After your booking with us, you will receive a link by email from us to enter your data. For the duration of your stay, we will then issue you an electronic guest card, which will be sent to you by email. With this digital guest card, you can take advantage of numerous discounts (often free admission) at acceptance points in the Zittau Mountains. In addition, you can use the public transport of the ZVON tariff area free of charge.
