Our home is on the hill above Shaws Bay and the Richmond River and just minutes to Lighthouse Beach. Within walking and cycling distance you have the local pub with live music, weekend farmers’ markets, local cafés for great food and coffee, and other shops at your finger tips. By car Ballina town centre is 7 minutes, Byron Bay is 30 minutes, Lennox Head is 12 minutes and Ballina Byron Airport is just 7 minutes away. The space The apartment is newly refurbished with two freshly decorated bedrooms, one king single bed, and one queen bed. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and open plan area that has a water view. The house has a garden setting which you are welcome to enjoy. As this rental is newly established, we as hosts are happy to accommodate and assist with anything further you might need. Guest access There is a key safe provided for guests on booking confirmation. Other things to note Our house is situated upstairs and we use the main driveway at the Pine Avenue entrance.
