Please bring your own bed sheets, pillow covers if you could. (Advise the host if you need provide beddings). Few simple cooking pots and pans are also provided for public use. However, quality & quantity are limited. Please bring or buy your own after settle down for the first month. Please also refill or buy your own amenities, such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, cooking seasonings. Thanks a lot. :) Laundry are also available for monthly rental guests. Please limit use as one laundry per week. Tenant needs to buy their laundry products. During your stay month-to-month rental 1) prefer to book start from 1st or 15th of the month. 2) long term lease prefer and will have a discount for one year lease. 3) all tenants need to keep the public areas clean and tidy. Other things to note House rules as below: 1. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am 2. Shoes off, please bring your slippers. We specifically asked people living upstairs to take off slippers or change another slipper before stepping on the carpet. 3. No smoking & No marijuanas & no pets
