Welcome to our exquisite farmhouse nestled in the picturesque Doddaballapur area of Bangalore. Situated on a sprawling 5-acre farm, this is a charming estate. Embrace the tranquility of the countryside as you step onto this expansive 5-acre farm. The vast open space allows for various outdoor activities, making it an ideal retreat for families, nature enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. The space • Large Villa spread across 5 acres of land with built-up area of nearly 8,000 square feet. • Bedrooms - 5 Bedrooms with Queen size bed in 3 rooms, Queen size bed plus 1 bunker bed in 1 room and 2 bunker beds in 1 room. We also have a big seating space along with a balcony. • Kitchen - Fully equipped and functional kitchen with a breakfast counter along with all appliances. • Living room - 6-Seater Sofa + 3-Seater Sofa • Court yard - 12 Seats, sky view inside the house • Rooftop Dining - Dining table with 16 chairs • Dining Room - Dining table with 8 chairs • Out Door Kitchen - Cooking gas available and seating for more than 30 people • Out Door Huts – 9 Seater & 8 Seater with table Guest access • Guest would have access to the entire villa including rooftop dining, outdoor kitchen with dining, outdoor huts with benches, garden area around the farmhouse around 1 acre. • Ample amount of parking space available in front of the Villa. • Caretaker (family) lives in two independent outhouses within the farm itself. •Guests will not have access to the 5000 sq. ft. event lawn area. If you wish to organize an event, set up a stage, install decorations, or require power supply in this area, it will be available at an additional cost. Playing on the event area lawn is also prohibited. This area is not shown in the listing photos as it is not accessible to guests. Other things to note FOOD : Enjoy Home-Cooked Meals with Our In-House Cooking Team! • We have a dedicated cooking team available to prepare delicious meals tailored to your preferences. Whether you crave local delicacies or your favorite comfort food, our chefs are here to cook for you. • Cooking Charges: Labour Cost for Cooking Team – Based on number of guests and meal plans. Groceries – As per actual cost (or bring your own!) • If you cook: Gas charges additional. •Self service: Food will be placed on the dining table. Guests are requested to serve themselves. We will not be available to serve food onto individual plates. Relax and enjoy your stay while we take care of your dining needs! We also offer options to order from nearby restaurants and through Swiggy and Zomato. The restaurant menu is available at the property for your convenience. HOUSE RULES • Government IDs would be collected prior to check in. • Extra fees for hosting large gatherings. • Any Damages to the assets / villa will cost a fine. • Pets are welcome and will have plenty of space to run around. If required, cage is also available. But they are not allowed inside the villa (bedrooms, beds and sofas) as some guests would not like it and would be difficult for us to clean up later. • Company Retreats are welcome. • No decoration stickers indoors. It can be held outside, in the garden area. Strictly, no party poppers to be used or poles on ground for canopy or shamiyana. • Strictly, No Loud Music allowed after 11 pm. • Any form of illegal activity will not be tolerated. • Event policy – Extra Deposit will be collected. ELECTRICITY •Karnataka Government Electricity Power Supply may be out once in a while due to various reasons. We have in-house UPS with 4 hours battery backup. The guests are requested to be patient in case of any power disruptions. •In case of a power outage, please reduce the use of lights and electrical appliances to extend the backup time of the UPS. If needed, we can try to arrange a generator from an external vendor, subject to availability. This will incur an additional charge.
