They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes/apartments as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. PACK-AND-PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR NEED TO BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN. Requests after 72 hours before check-in will be charged $50 to have them assembled. We don't provide pool towels * Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed before check-in. If this form is not completed correctly and returned at least 48 hours before arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).
