The sofa this can be slept on but its not a sofa bed , it’s modern & a little kwirky There’s a marble dining table with 4 chairs The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you can will need to cook a home made meals including a ninja air fryer a dishwasher ,wine glasses, cupboards are full with crockery and serving plates There’s some take out menus left out if you require them all local & who deliver The main bedroom has a king size very comfy bed and is navy & grey with French style furnishings The second bedroom has a day bed that pulls out into a large double bed this room is animal print themed in white pinks green & gold There’s a professional hair dryer to use and a set of ghd hair straightener in the Hollywood style dressing table The bathroom is newly fitted with a bath and shower ,complete with some toiletries for you to use incase you forget your own The garden is large with seating areas with a corner sofa table on the decking and a large table & chairs on the patio Great space to have a bbq but not supplied The hot tub is an added advantage to chill out in in any weather please note that this is only useable once the additional charge has been paid please message me for more information Guest access Access’s to all rooms and garden Other things to note This is my home but I travel a lot , my personal items will be present my clothes ect food in fridge & cupboards ,however there will be room to store your own food in fridge guests are welcome to use tea & coffee facilities & my herbs & spices any condiments & sauce left in fridge ect , I’m a keen cook so there is a full range of kitchen gadgets including an air fryer lots of kitchen crockery , help your self to toiletries in bathroom If you require use of the hot tub there will be an additional charge and will require notice for it to be hot upon arrival I require guest to turn off when not in use
