Lovely 2-room flat between Couronnes & Belleville

I just renovated my 2-room flat (34sm). It is in a nice old building (2nd floor, no lift) between Belleville & Couronnes metro stations. There is a main living room with a kitchen, 1 room (new queen size bed) and a bathroom with toilets. The neighbourhood is very nice and lively, with many food shops, restaurants & bars. The space I bought new electrical appliances for my new kitchen (fridge, multi-fonction oven, small dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.). I use my iron very very very little but it's there if you need it (I don't have any iron board though). If you're staying for some time, I can make some room in the wardrobe.
