Diego, your personal concierge, is on call from the moment you arrive. The space The condo occupies three bedrooms across a generous open-plan layout, with the living and dining areas opening onto a private terrace. The view from there is the golf course — fairways and Pacific light through the palms. It's the kind of view that makes the morning coffee ritual worth repeating. The master suite and second bedroom each have a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom works equally well for children, a nanny suite, or guests who want their own corner — it has a queen and two singles, with its own bath. Three and a half bathrooms for eight people is a ratio you feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook. The dining table handles a full group. When dinner moves outside, the terrace handles that too. Daily housekeeping is included — the condo is refreshed each morning so the day starts properly. Guest access The entire condo is yours — all three bedrooms, the terrace, and access to the complex's pool, gardens, and parking garage. Access beyond the condo — Punta Mita's beach clubs and shared amenities — is through the Premier Membership included with the property. Beach club fees apply separately (see additional notes below). Diego, your on-site concierge, handles the practical coordination: access passes, golf cart arrangements, restaurant recommendations. His number is yours from check-in. Other things to note PUNTA MITA REGISTRATION Entry to the Punta Mita complex requires an electronic pre-arrival registration form, completed at least 72 hours before check-in. This is a hard requirement of the resort — the form cannot be submitted in print, only electronically. Failure to complete it means access to the condominium will be denied. Diego will send you everything you need with clear instructions; this is routine and takes a few minutes. BEACH CLUB ACCESS The property includes a Premier Membership granting access to Punta Mita's beach clubs and common areas. This access is not included in the reservation price. The applicable fee is $65 per adult and $40 per child, per stay — paid directly to Punta Mita Residents & Beach Clubs at the time of use. These fees are set by the resort and outside our control. Note: completing the registration form with significant notice allows beach club card activation ahead of arrival. Last-minute submissions may delay access on the first day. GOLF CART Available for rent through Diego, who will coordinate delivery before your arrival if requested in advance. The golf cart service is operated independently — any issues during the rental are handled directly with the provider. RESORT AMENITIES Some amenities within Punta Mita — gym, tennis courts, minimum spends at certain beach clubs — carry additional charges set by the resort. The membership opens the door; individual facilities set their own terms. Diego can clarify what applies to your specific plans before you arrive. PRICING STRUCTURE The nightly rate covers up to four guests. Each additional guest beyond four is charged a modest incremental fee. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Access to the complex is restricted to guests registered in the reservation. Valid identification is required from all guests as part of the Punta Mita entry process — this is a resort requirement, not ours, and applies uniformly to all visitors. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING Included every day. If you have a preferred schedule or specific requests, let Diego know on arrival and it will be arranged.
