The space Cozy, elegant and inviting, my studio features a modern functional layout. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, in town for concerts, sports events, business or sightseeing. There are many popular venues conveniently located steps from my condo. The unit has a 6-drawer dresser and hallway closet to store your clothes. The bed offers a comfy queen size mattress with quality pillows, duvet, and linens for a relaxing sleep. The living area includes a couch, smart TV, and side table, waiting for you to relax. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and is fully functional to cook and enjoy your favourite meals. The bathroom includes a bathtub shower, full sets of towels for two travellers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The washer and dryer are also ensuite for guests to use. This location has it all! • Private balcony with views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario • Walk Score 97 (dining, night life, cafes, shopping, etc.) and public transportation score of 100 • In-building access from the condo to Longo’s supermarket, LCBO, TD Bank, and restaurants • Building is directly connected to the underground PATH network - Toronto’s unique network of underground pedestrian tunnels and elevated walkways, connecting downtown office towers, dining, and shopping areas • Enjoy indoor access to public transit, GO trains, UP Airport Express Train, and VIA Rail • High speed internet (Wi-Fi) • 50" Smart TV to access your Netflix, YouTube, and other channels (Please note, I don’t have cable TV) • Approx. 400 ft² / 37 m² of space • Comfortable Queen bed (sleeps 2) with pillows, duvet, and linens • Ensuite washer and dryer for guests to use (detergent included) • The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a full-size stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and more! • The kitchen is set up with basic cooking supplies - cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar • Towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies • Modern sofa table with bar chairs is perfect for relaxing and informal dining • Air Conditioning and Heating: Digital thermostat located in the living area. Heat and AC are centrally controlled by our building management, and they are turned off/on according to the season. Both cannot run at the same time. Generally, AC is off from October to April and heat is off from May to Sept. There is no guarantee that you can reach your preferred setting if it is outside of the range of about 19-25 degrees Celsius. To reach the lower end of this range, you need to keep the curtains closed in the afternoon to block the sun. Short-Term Rental Registration Number STR-2302-FKXRVP Guest access The entire unit is yours to enjoy! Due to condo rules short-term guests will not have access to the pool, fitness centre, and other residents’ amenities, and I have not included any of them in my listing description. PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message with information needed to complete the registration process. This is required by the building management for Airbnb stays and is not coming from the host. It must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the first day of your booking. Other things to note Noise Complaints Partying and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security will notify the police after two noise complaints in a given night, and any fees incurred will be charged back to you. Parking This unit does NOT include parking. However, you may use the paid parking on premise. Parking garage entrance is right next to the building's main entrance on Bremner Blvd. Rates can vary and are higher on days of big events in the area (sporting, concerts, etc.). The prime location of this building makes it a very busy spot and therefore difficult to access by car when there are events happening in the area. Bags Bag drop off services are not provided at this building. Please do not ask concierge for this service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use radical storage, bounce, or a similar service to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. For Long Stays: - Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. - Stays longer than 28 days are subject to Airbnb's Long-Term Cancellation Policy.
