You will love it ! Independent accommodation, with breathtaking views of the mountains, and located on the edge of a river. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of water and the tranquility of the mountains, cow bells : a change of scenery and rest guaranteed! -shared Garden and direct access to the river - Close to all amenities in the village: bakery pastry, grocery shop, butcher, cheese, tobacco / press shop, bus stop. -Heart of the village (200m) while being quiet. The space -The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding located near our house : 50m² on the ground, exposed sub-slopes. Access via external stairs. -The accommodation was completely rebuilt end of 2022, renovated by professionals, tastefully decorated, and respectful of local tradition. The frame is visible in the entire housing. -The accommodation consists of a large living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room with 130x190cm sofa bed and blackout curtain), a bedroom (double bed 140x190cm) and a bathroom. -Everything has been thought out for your comfort and pleasure! Guest access The accommodation is fully accessible, it is a 1 bedroom apartment. It is located on our land, we live neareby, but no visibility. Possibility of free parking near the accommodation. Upon request, possibility to park motorbike under a carport, or to park bicycle in our garage (if we are here). Other things to note -You can enjoy some time in our garden. A wood table for meal is at your disposal, only for you. Kids can use with our garden games ; they might meet our kids. -We welcome children with pleasure, but they will be under the full responsibility of the parents in the accommodation, as well as outside (garden, river, access to stairs, etc.). -The garden is not fenced, and that it overlooks a river below. The river is accessible with a path. This is gorgious, but it means that you need to watch your kids closely. NO kids outside if no adult surveillance, for their safety. -The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, access by outside stair only. -As it is traditionnally done in the mountains, we ask you please to put off your shoes in the housing. -The end of stay cleaning will be carried out by you before your departure. If you wish not to do it, please let us know when you book : you can pay the service directly to the host (€60).
