The space The carriage house and its accompanying home were built in the 1870’s and the property has been owned by the same family since the 1940’s. The carriage house recently underwent an extensive rehab that preserved some of its historic renovations like the wood plank floors upstairs and the metal staircase. The result is a spacious, modern guest house that has many premium upgrades. You will love the 6x8ft spa shower and king bed with views of the night sky through the large skylights. The 55-inch smart TV is logged into premium streaming services. Three sets of glass doors on the main floor let in an abundance of natural light. Radiant heat on the main floor and the shower floor ensure you are warm and cozy in the winter. The carriage house has its own private entrance with a dedicated alarm system, and off-street parking for one vehicle. Short stays or extended bookings are welcomed. Other things to note Please note that the owners have 2 friendly dogs, while they do not have access to the inside of the carriage house, they will be present in the outdoor settings.
