The space The carriage house and its accompanying home were built in the 1870’s and the property has been owned by the same family since the 1940’s. The carriage house recently underwent an extensive rehab that preserved some of its historic renovations like the wood plank floors upstairs and the metal staircase. The result is a spacious, modern guest house that has many premium upgrades. You will love the 6x8ft spa shower and king bed with views of the night sky through the large skylights. The 65-inch OLED smart TV is logged into premium streaming services. Three sets of glass doors on the main floor let in an abundance of natural light. Radiant heat on the main floor and the shower floor ensure you are warm and cozy in the winter. The carriage house has its own private entrance with a dedicated alarm system, and off-street parking for one vehicle. Short stays or extended bookings are welcomed. City of Stillwater STHR #2023-04 Guest access The entire, 2 story, 1200sqft carriage house is yours to enjoy during your stay. There is also a patio for guest use and an outdoor grill. Other things to note Please note that the owners have a friendly dog, while she does not have access to the inside of the carriage house, she will be present in the outdoor settings. We understand not everyone loves dogs. We are happy to set her boundaries so she can only greet you from afar, just send us a message when you make your booking.
