The lake villa

Welcome to the Villa du Lac. Here, rest is assured in the heart of nature. Come and enjoy water activities and nearby hikes (for all levels). Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office... The space The accommodation is on one level. The place is friendly. The bedrooms and bathroom are separated by a door from the living room and kitchen to respect quiet times. The living room is 40 square meters. You will also enjoy a video projector to watch your best movies and series Guest access You have access to the main room of the house, the 2 bedrooms as well as the bathroom. The toilet is separate from the bathroom Other things to note For leisure, you have a brand new tennis court 🎾 300 meters away. It's free. You can hit a few balls there. Also, you will have 2 bikes 🚲 to discover the tour of the lake. I would like to point out that the accommodation is non-smoking. Our animal friends are not allowed.
