Warm family home

We offer for rent our family house located in a small village in the middle of the vineyards. Shops are within walking distance: bakery, grocery stores, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, micro-brewery, wine estates, restaurant. 20 min from Nimes and Montpellier. 20 min from the beaches (La Grande-Motte and Le Grau du Roi). The space House of 110 m2 on one level that consists of an independent kitchen overlooking a living room with a dining area and a seating area, a separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower, Bedroom 1 with garden access: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 1 single bed Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed + 1 sofa bed (one person) Possibility of providing a travel cot with mattress A laundry room is attached to the house and is equipped with a washing machine. Bedding for each bed is provided (pillow, sheet and duvet). Bath towels are available. An in-ground pool of 3.5 m by 6 m completes the accommodation. You will be asked to maintain the cleanliness of the water using an automatic robot (explanations of its operation will be given to you upon arrival) The house is inhabited by our cat Yahoué who remains quite solitary and who will not disturb your stay.
