The space The loft is upstairs overlooking the entire living area below with a large array of windows viewing the beautiful Mature Oak trees Downstairs enjoy the open living room, and large kitchen. Outside we have a patio, an open deck, and 2 covered decks on the backside of house. Sit out on the decks with the deer and enjoy the peace and quiet. The property is very private backs up to a Creek and park. Walking distance to the Park, Swimming Pool open 24/7 365 days not heated Tennis/Pickleball, basketball courts, Boat Ramp, hiking trails and Guadalupe river access. Currently the boat ramp closed no water yet. We do have some construction going on in the front and side property. No work being done while guests are on property Guest access Guests will have access to laundry room, half bath on ground floor, Living and Dinning Room. All Decks and patios with the exception to the Master Bedroom, and its covered deck.
