Lakeside Basement Studio

Enjoy lots of indoor and outdoor living space on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Great fishing! Hot tub available with additional fee of $20/night. Our basement studio is located within minutes of Grandville shopping and Downtown Grand Rapids. The space Our lakeside studio is the entire basement of our family home. Guest access You will have access to the main living/sleeping area of the basement, as well as a private full bathroom and separate entry space. You're welcome to the lower deck living area, and entire backyard with fire pit, playset and tree swing. Kayaks are available with signed liability release form. Hot tub is available with additional $20/night fee. Other things to note Our lake is great for fishing in the warm weather months, and is perfectly charming for an easy kayaking experience. There is an island in the middle of the lake that attracts plenty of birds, including eagles from time to time. The lake is not ideal for swimming. The hot tub is available for an additional $20/night fee.
