In the bedrooms we have: 1 king bed in the main bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. We advise to bring a car to come and go as there is no internal transport and the streets are very steep. As hosts we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our guests, partners and collaborators, that is why we are taking additional measures in our cleaning and social interaction processes. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks all the time, additionally we use only certified antiviral products to clean each surface. The measurement of body temperature is a daily procedure among our staff in addition to the use of antibacterial gel at all times. Below we share the regulation of Pool and Common Areas of the project: 1. The pool's hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 2. The use of the pool is exclusive for Homeowners. 3. Access to the pool is the responsibility of the owner, we do not have lifeguards. 4. Please use the shower before entering the pool. 5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 6. Diving is prohibited. 7. It is forbidden to use or enter the pool: • Underwear, shirt or shorts, only suitable clothing for the pool is allowed. • Bronzers, oils and sand. • Food and drinks of any kind, eat or drink on the banks of the pool. • Smoking on the edge of the pool or in the pool and using chewing gum. • Any type of floating inflatable figure, only floating ones are allowed for babies in the arms. • Pets of any kind. 8. Only snacks will be allowed, all types of snacks must be in plastic containers, it is forbidden that they come in their original packaging bag, in the case of introducing coolers, place it inside the bar. 9. It is forbidden to enter the pool area with bags from convenience stores. 10. It is forbidden to set aside beds, tables and or chairs. 11. Please put the trash in its place. 12. Please use an adequate volume on music players, avoiding disturbing others. 13. Do not leave valuables unattended. If your belongings are found on the furniture, they will be sent to the administrative office as lost. 14. Running or playing rough games in the pool area is prohibited. 15. Babies must use special diapers for swimming pools. 16. The color of the towels must be white and must have the punta marques, tower and department logo embroidered in gold. 17. In the event of damaging the furniture in this area, the administrator will be notified and the damage caused must be paid. 18. Access will be allowed to 8 people per apartment and the use of 4 beds only in high seasons or the common area becomes saturated. 19.
