Cozy house with rustic and artistic style in a quiet and bucolic corner of the Campeche neighborhood. Extremely airy with many doors and windows, excellent ventilation, and sunlight coming in, including natural lighting at points in the ceiling of the dining and living rooms. It is 600 meters from the commercial area at Pequeno Principe avenue (with supermarket, bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, etc.), and 2 km from the beach (around 25 minutes walking or 5 minutes biking). The space The house is quite spacious, with almost 100 m2 of built area, including the various rooms and balcony. Only the suite with the double bed is on the upper floor, with windows on all sides. On the ground floor there is a single bedroom, an office, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and the dining and living rooms. The office has a workbench, a desk, and many shelves. Internet connection is fast and reliable. Thus, the house is especially suitable and comfortable for digital nomads and couples coming for long stays while working remotely. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the office, besides a table fan in the living room, for hot summer days. A small wood stove in vintage style between the dining room and the living room may be useful to make some hot food or heat a bit during a few slightly cold days that may happen during the winter. Guest access The house is in the middle of a plot of about 360 m2, fenced and independent, and partially embraced by another field with more than 500 m2 where the hosts live. Guests also have a private porch with wooden chairs, benches, and hummocks. In the backyard, you can hang out your clothes and shower in the garden after arriving from the beach or on hot days. The owner keeps limited access to the front garden and the backyard just for basic cleaning and maintenance (sweeping leaves, watering plants, mowing the grass, etc.) and only eventually uses the clothesline. Other things to note Unfortunately, this property is unsuitable for pets, children, or people with mobility problems, due to our jealous dog, the steep staircase to the upstairs bedroom, and sash windows, among other unsuitability for these groups. We did not install a washing machine in the poetic house due to the structural limitations of the sewage treatment. However, a laundry is available on our part of the land, with two washing machines. Finally, but crucial, we consider the poetic home a work of art. Since we acquired it, our commitment to its creators, an admirable couple of fine artists, is to keep it as it is in essence, doing only restoration. So, we expect our guests to understand and respect this, and enjoy feeling welcomed and happy in a unique place, with history and poetic beauty.
