Welcome to our little slice of heaven in Thousand Oaks, CA. Serene retreat, situated on a hillside, with pool, grotto, and a hot tub. The house features astonishing views of the entire Conejo Valley. Great for family reunions, large groups, and pool days. Wake up to the birds singing and fall asleep to city lights. Your oasis awaits you! The space Perfect for long stays. Amazing location in Thousand Oaks. Cozy, quiet neighborhood. Multiple hiking trails in walking distance. 30 minutes drive to the beach. When you enter through the main entrance, the top floor features a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has cooking utensils, pots, pans, and spices; everything you need to make yourself at home. The kitchen opens to a large great room with vaulted ceilings. The dining table can comfortably seat 8. There is also a large, custom made, super comfortable couch, where you can watch TV and relax. You will have access to multiple streaming services. Pull out couch: queen size bed on main floor for 2 additional sleeping spaces. The second floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: One king bed Bedroom 2: One queen bed Bedroom 3 (Master): One king bed Master Bath: Full bath with two person jacuzzi tub with jets and lights, and walk in shower. Guest bath: Full bath with shower/tub combo Pool house bath: half bath The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a palatial bathroom, and a large patio covered by an oak tree with outdoor seating area. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or get cozy around the fire. The patio has stairs to the pool and yard. The pool features a swim-in grotto and seating. An extra large hot tub. Outdoor dining set with an umbrella next to the pool. The pool has lights for night swimming. Heating the jacuzzi is free. To heat the pool, we charge an additional $80 per day. If you would like it heated during your stay, it must be heated for the entirety of your stay or at least consecutive days. NOTE: The pool can’t be heated in winter. Also, if the weather is too cold or rainy we may not be able to heat the pool. Super high speed internet throughout house and pool area.
