Cozy cottage in the countryside in Grazac

Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in our comfortable (and brand new!) cottage with stunning views of the hills between vineyards and fields. Guests can take advantage of the heated pool, relax in a green setting, or discover beautiful walking trails passing by the house! Ideally located between Toulouse, Albi and Montauban, you can feast in the small local markets (Rabastens 5 minutes away, Lisle-sur-Tarn 15 minutes away and Gaillac 20 minutes away) and roam the Tarnese bastides! The space The 50 m2 cottage, air-conditioned, is located behind our house, an old renovated farmhouse. A private entrance serves it. It has a kitchen with a bar, open to the living room. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker and Espresso machine (Tassimo), kettle and toaster. However, no dishwasher. Ideal for a family as well as for a couple, it can accommodate 4 people: one bedroom with a 160 bed (new bedding) and a sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided. We can lend you a baby bed, highchair (and possibly an extra mattress) upon prior request. The cottage is very bright. The terrace offers an unobstructed view of our vineyards and fields. The pool is usually heated from May to late September, depending on the weather. Our cottage is classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation. Guest access Shared access with our family: the pool of course, ping-pong table, badminton; your children can enjoy with our daughters the trampoline, swing and slide, wooden cabin :-) Other things to note Parties are not allowed. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.
