Our house is in the pretty seaside resort of Yport. You never get tired of admiring the sea and the cliffs from the pebble beach of this charming fishing village. Located between Fécamp (7 km) and Etretat (10 km), Yport is an ideal base for discovering the Normandy region. The space This typical fisherman's house in the area is ideal for relaxing for a weekend or a week. Located in the heart of the village and 50 m from the sea, it enjoys a prime location. Restaurants and shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, casino, shops) are within walking distance. The house consists of a ground floor and two floors. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen with a living/dining room area. On the first floor there is 1 double bed, a large shower, a sink and a separate toilet On the second floor, 1 single bed, 1 double bed, and separate toilet. Guest access Check-in possible from 3 pm, check-out before 10 am. Other things to note A key box system allows self check-in to the house. Cleaning and beds will be made before your arrival, towels and sheets provided. Please take out the trash and place it in the containers provided for this purpose in the church parking lot, and leave the house in order at the end of your stay. A washing machine and dryer are available if needed. Possibility of providing a crib, bathtub, stair safety gate and high chair. The accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities. Parking in the village center is paid from March 15 to November 15 between 9am and 7pm. From March 15 to May 31 and from October 1 to November 15, parking is paid only on weekends and holidays. From June 1 to September 30, parking is paid every day of the week. A dozen parking spaces are free in front of the sea.
