A renovated bungalow nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful seaside village. On the verge of a bustling nature reserve and a short walk or bike ride to the beautiful coastline, this home has everything you need to explore the local area. The shingle beach is glorious any time of year and quieter than other local beaches. There are easy walks to Pett Level, Rye or to inland villages (and wonderful local pubs). Being close to Pett Pools and Rye Harbour, it is ideal for birdwatchers. The space The property is contemporary and stylish with some quirky features, is fully equipped and offers private and comfortable accommodation, lots of amenities and outside space. Guests will enjoy the tranquillity of the location and the wonderful countryside on the doorstep. As a bungalow, everything is on one level, although there is one small step to the front door. Sleek radiators provide central heating throughout the property. The three bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, each with unique storage features (made by the owners). Two hairdryers are provided. The King bedroom can also be a twin room. The modern shower/wet room includes complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is a separate cloakroom/toilet. The lounge has ample seating for six guests and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and other small appliances, plus a full range of pots, pans and cooking utensils. A range of teas, instant and ground coffee (two cafetieres), sugar, oil, herbs and spices are provided. The dining area is open plan to the kitchen and includes a sofa area to provide seating options for guests, along wish a smart TV and a range of books and games. To the front of the property is a sunny south-east facing porch, small garden (with parking). To the back is a small patio garden with decking space and furniture for six people. Guest access Guests can use all parts of the property.
