In the picturesque neighbourhood of Xochimilco, take the 20 minute walk to downtown Oaxaca along the path of the old aqueduct passing by several cafes and historic landmarks. Our place is recently renovated and has a large rooftop patio that has a gorgeous 360 view of Oaxaca and surrounding mountains. The ground floor has an open concept kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking the arches of the aqueduct. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms. High ceilings, good water pressure and reliable wifi will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing. Or you can stay in and enjoy the views from our large rooftop patio. The large colourful bathroom offers a comfortable shower and space to get ready. The one large room has a queen bed and a futon and the other room has a double bed. Both rooms have small patios with different views of Oaxaca. Downstairs, both families and friends will enjoy the space to eat in our open concept and fully functional kitchen featuring granite counters and modern appliances: a gas stove, oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster oven and sink. A comfortable living area with sofa and marble coffee table offers you the opportunity to relax and socialize. The terrace overlooks a charming plaza and the arches of the old aqueduct of Xochimilco. Guest access There is a private entrance and a open air garage if you have a car. There is enough space for one car. Besides the spacious indoor rooms, the main feature is the rooftop patio which overlooks the city and surrounding areas and mountains and is beautiful during the day and night. There is a shaded area which gets shade most of the day.
