Full bed lingerie (sheets, pillowcases and towels for inside and outside), free Wi-Fi and TV are included in the booking. The flat is located on the ground floor of a single-family house. Access via the staircase is rewarded by the spectacular view. The stair are wide, lit and alternated with terraces (visible in the photo tour under additional photos). Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately upon check-in. The rate is € 1.50 per guest/night (excluding children under the age of 14). The completion of check-in with the handing over of ID documents to the region and the payment of the city tax are compulsory requirements in Italy and will be done upon arrival in my presence.
