Caravan 1 is a modern, comfortable, and spacious retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Having only been built a few years ago, it feels fresh and welcoming. Unusually for a caravan, it features two modern full bathrooms, so there's an en-suite just for you and a second one for general use. The roomy kitchen is a home-cook's dream, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening or your morning coffee. To keep you entertained on a rainy day, there’s a large TV with Freeview The space Caravan 1 is a clean and comfortable, two bedroom caravan, with all amenities for a comfortable stay, including a gas fire in the lounge area.. Four Aces is a small, privately owned caravan park. The caravan is just five minutes walk from the Co-op, Pub 31 with good food and a garden plus Ben's Fish & Chips shop and Pizzas for take aways. The caravan has 2 bedrooms, (1 double & 2 single beds) with fresh, clean bedding and towels to use in the caravan, you can be sure to be comfortable whether you are 1 or 5 people. (Beach towels are not provided.) There is a spacious living room with separate dining table, TV (free view) and fast internet. A complete shower room and a well equipped kitchen. Four Aces has just 7 caravans on site so you can be sure to enjoy the peace and stillness of the area. Four Aces is perfect for families, couples, nature lovers or anyone working in the local area. It offers a relaxed seaside retreat with easy access to the beach and the Rye Harbour nature reserve. Caravan 1 doesn't have Smart TV, it has Freeview. Helen also offers additional cleaning and laundry services at an additional cost, details of which can be found in the caravan. Free on-site car parking is available. Please park with consideration it's not the biggest car the world. There is a bus stop just a 3 minute walk with direct routes into Hastings & Rye. The buses are frequent, every half from 7:30am - 9:30pm (please check this ). If you like to stay out later there is a reliable taxi service called 247. Guest access One of seven caravans on a private site. The site is quiet and secluded. Caravan 1 is all yours during your stay. Other things to note Car Park - we have a small car park on site. Please park considerately, allowing as many cars to park as possible. We understand the importance of having a car close by, for loading/ unloading and days out. With this is mind we kindly ask, in peak holiday times, if you have more than one car, please park one car off site allowing everyone the opportunity to have one car close by. Charging electric cars-Sorry at the moment charging of electric cars on Four Aces is not permitted as our insurance will not cover any accidents during the charging process. Nearest charging point for electric cars is Rye Harbour. Long staying guests, over two weeks - please make contact with me regarding the bed linen and towels as these are not provided for long stay guests. Thank you.
