A very private and convenient location. 10 minutes drive to downtown, walking distance to grocery store (Trevor's Independent Grocer) shopping areas, restaurants like McDonald's, Tim Horton, Cooper House, Monkey Tree, Fat Burger, etc. Also 10 mins walk to Hospital and just across the Fire Hall. Bus stop is 100 ft away from the house. Host's house is next door making it very easy for you to reach them. The space 3 bedroom plus sofa bed, 2 full bathroom home. Spacious deck from which you can have a preview of the beautiful northern lights before you go out on your tour. And on a gorgeous summer day, sit down, relax and enjoy the endless daylight. Guest access Guests have access to entire place. Other things to note The house fits 4 people comfortably, but there will foam mattress and a nice sectional Sofa bed provided for accommodating more guests as needed. Internet is now unlimited!!!
