A farmhouse immersed in the typical atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside but close to Florence (13 minutes from Porta Romana) just past Pozzolatico, where you can relax away from stress. Enjoy splendid sunsets, also ideal as a starting point for visiting much of Tuscany. In the garden we have table tennis and a small swimming pool 7 x 4 meters and 1.30 meters high to cool off and enjoy the view during the hot hours. At the entrance to the apartment you are welcomed by a large living area with sofa, fireplace, kitchenette on the ground floor, accessible by 3 steps. On the first floor a large triple room with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower. The house dates back to at least 1600 and has just been renovated in typical Tuscan style with local materials such as Impruneta terracotta, travertine and parquet. It is equipped with a modern, eco-sustainable heating and cooling system (in the bedrooms). The environment is particularly healthy and also suitable for allergy sufferers, natural and environmentally friendly materials have been used starting from the painting of the walls, the treatments of the floors and ceilings and the walls are covered with hemp thermoplaster. Guest access The terrace is an ideal spot for lunch while enjoying the view of the Tuscan hills and the sunset, and is reserved for the LE ROSE apartment. Guests can relax in the property's garden, stroll through the olive grove, play ping pong, or take a dip in the pool in the summer (available to two apartments). A free reserved parking space is available in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available. Please note that the last kilometer to the apartment is single-lane, but all types of vehicles can pass through. There is only a slightly sharp bend where all cars and vehicles no longer than 6 meters can pass. We are only 15 minutes from Florence by car, but in the countryside, and the bus stop is 1 km away. Taxis are recommended to be booked in advance and checked for prices. Having your own car offers more freedom, and you can park in Porta Romana (paid parking) and walk to the center of Florence from there. Other things to note The location of the house is strategic for visiting Tuscany as well as being close to Florence, it is close to the A1 motorway and the Siena - Florence road to reach the main tourist destinations. The Municipality of Impruneta asks guests for a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day, which must be paid directly upon arrival. Children are welcome but please note that there are stairs. Animals are accepted. We inform you that the property is not fenced and that we have cats. The underfloor cooling system with a dehumidifier creates a healthy, pleasant, and eco-friendly environment, unlike air conditioning.
