The space Tall trees line Lia's Casita to give shade along the seemingly endless and narrow path to its entryway. The room sits right next to a wide expanse of mangrove-lined body of water and a private wooden deck with a sitting area. Its grassed roof is a lovely spot to lounge and star-gaze. The room includes three king-size beds with a maximum capacity of 6. The 1km scenic drive through an unpaved road starts as Sugar land on both sides, then turns to a Mango grove. Cross the mangrove bridge and drive down the gravel path lined with Eucalyptus trees that opens up to Gary's place. Butler Service: Upon arrival, allow our butler to welcome you with refreshments. Then, explore the grounds with a private guided tour. Our butler will gladly assist you if you need anything during your stay. Dining: A complimentary Negrense breakfast is served at our restaurant at the time of your convenience. In addition, local snacks & beverages are available in your casita. You may also order from our restaurant. Our Staff: Bacolod is known as the city of smiles. We pride ourselves on our Negrense hospitality. All our staff is from Takas and nearby communities like Dungkaan. Takas community is a place we rebuilt where we provided homes and livelihood for them thru environmentally friendly means. Activities: Start by exploring the grounds with a guided walking tour. Then, jog around the Mango grove and enjoy a dip in any of our two infinity pools. We have a couple of bikes you may borrow if you wish. Guest access Each casita has shared access to our outdoor spaces, including outdoor seating and lounge areas, an outdoor shower, an outdoor restaurant, and access to the 25-meter infinity pool at Neng's island, conceived out of the two beautiful Balete trees that just sprang right off the ground. It overlooks the fish pond and mangrove. Other things to note Senior citizen access: Gary's place terrain is mainly gravel, earth, plants, & cement. Although we have a golf cart, its access is limited to certain areas. Farm animals & insects: During your farm stay, you may encounter animals & insects in their native habitat. We highly recommend using bug spray as needed.
