There is plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy our home. On the first floor, you will find a half bath, a well stocked kitchen, dining (table seats 4 with 2 additional seats at counter), and a spacious living area. A 65-inch TV is on the wall with Roku Streambar SE that allows you to log into all your favorite streaming apps with automatic logout on the date you set and there is high speed internet. Note that there is no cable or other live TV available - you will need to sign into your own subscription applications. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. A wooden baby gate is the closet off the dining room to keep your little ones safe (it sits alongside the washing machine). There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed and an en suite bath while the other two bedrooms have queen beds and are adjacent to the guest bath. A dedicated work area exists in the closet of the Parisian themed bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the primary suite and Parisian themed bedrooms have Roku enabled TV & charging ports for your electronic devices. Both queen bedrooms have wooden luggage racks and closets, while the primary suite has a garment rack. The entire home is outfitted with Nest Protect Smoke/CO Alarms and there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the kitchen sink, a fire blanket inside the lower cabinet to the left of the stove and a First Alert escape ladder in the trunk at the bottom of the primary bedroom bed. The home is equipped with home automation. The front door deadbolt will lock automatically after 10 minutes. Note that the property is also equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell facing the driveway and the street. Overhead patio string lights in the back yard are voice controlled with Alexa. Say ‘Alexa, turn on patio lights’ and ‘Alexa, turn off patio lights’ to control these lights. Front Porch Light, Foyer Lights, TV Console Lighting, Sofa Table Light, & Floor Lamp can all be voice controlled as described above and all turn on at sunset and off at 10:30 PM. If left on, the Patio Lights will also turn off at this time. There is an age limit of 25 years old or older, this person must book, stay on site, and is responsible for any damage. Guest access The home has several private areas: The closet under the stairs, primary bedroom closet, attic, garage and outdoor closet are private areas. All are locked and the indoor closets are marked as ‘Private’. Please respect these areas. Guests have access to everything other than these private areas. Other things to note * Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * No open flames of any kind - including candles & incense. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoo & detergents. For extended stays, you will need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
