The apartment has its own separate key. There is no reception: check-in is arranged in advance via WhatsApp, and upon arrival you simply use your card and your key. The common areas — terrace, gym, co-working room and shared kitchen — are available to all registered guests. Outside visitors must be pre-authorized. During your stay We love being available to our guests when they need us, but we also respect their privacy and independence. You can reach out to us anytime via WhatsApp to resolve any questions, request additional services, or coordinate your arrival. We don't have an in-person reception, but there's always someone on the other end of the phone. Our usual response is in less than 1 hour. Other things to note — Each apartment has a separate entrance: you come and go whenever you want, without depending on anyone. — Apartment 101 has its own hammock area inside the apartment. — Studio apartments 301 and 302 have an exterior view with natural light throughout the day. — 302 can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its integrated alcove. — 305 includes a safe, ideal for business travelers or those recovering from a medical procedure. — Additional food service: breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared on the premises and delivered directly to your room.
