Delightful Ground Floor One Bedroom Annexe

Angi grew up and spent an idyllic childhood roaming the wide open commons and spaces of Minchinhampton. After living in London, Kent and Shropshire, Doug and Angi felt the need to be back in the Cotswolds and the valleys of Stroud. After many months of hard work we are now ready to welcome guests into our newly converted annexe. We hope you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful area with its glorious countryside, interesting walks and trails and local cycle routes, old village Inns and cafes. The space Our stylish and contemporary annexe has its own private entrance and offers guests a tranquil and comfortable space to relax in. The Annexe is newly equipped with quality fixtures and fittings, offering an open plan kitchen with Bosch fridge, Hotpoint oven, Panasonic Microwave and a ceramic two ring electric hob with extractor hood. There is a table with two chairs and the door leads to side entrance and an area of garden. The bright living area has a green velvet sofa, footstool, table and lamp, Smart TV and a selection of books and reading material. Concrete floor tiling throughout this space with colourful rugs. Enjoy a restoring and restful sleep in the King Size bed, with quality Egyptian Cotton bed linen. There are specialist fitted blackout blinds to both windows in this room and shelf storage for clothes with a hanging rail above. Two metal tables and wooden lamps with Pooky shades. Luxury Shower room with underfloor heating, large shower cubicle with rain shower and separate hand held attachment, wash hand basin with vanity unit under and WC. Guest access Our guests have access to all of the above and to off road parking and an area of lawn to the rear of the annexe with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a Jotul Terrazza wood burning fire for visitors to use and wood will be provided. Other things to note Our Annexe is not suitable for wheelchair users or young children. There are a couple of steps up to the side entrance access at the front and two more steps up to the side access door.
