Pilchuck Family Farm guesthouse

Located in a valley along the Pilchuck River PERFECT FOR VISITING THE TULIP FIELDS, our 22 acre farm has been in our family for 4 generations. A refurbished 100 year old farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. Play in the river, ride your bike along the Centennial Trail to downtown Snohomish, host your family , enjoy the tranquility of the country. Camping and campfires are available. . This is a family property, and you will see us working in the garden and fields. We are unable to host family pets. The space Rural farmland with a river running through it. Direct access to a bike and running trail. Guest access Front and back yards with access to the river. Other things to note Centennial Trail is running along the West side of our 22 acres and the Pilchuck River on our East border. In October we have a pumpkin patch. You are welcome to join us for hay rides, games, children’s crafts, pumpkins, gourds and plants to purchase. It’s lots of fun and when staying at the Farm you get a free pumpkin! Beginning in Summer of 2025 we will be offering 4 night stays on weekends. Remember we have bikes, river play, campfires with wood, s’mores ingredients all here ready for you. Your part of property includes 2 fire areas, 2 picnic tables and firewood all delivered for you. Think FAMILY, FRIEND retreat, refresh and resort. Whatever the month you will have homemade jam from the property, biscuits and butter, Starbucks coffee, s’more ingredients, and firewood and bottled water in the fridge. All of these are provided to enhance the riverside, farm experience at Pilchuck family Farm.
