Downtown Home With a Lovely View

Stay in the heart of St. John's in this cozy downtown home. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, a lovely sunroom, and lots of space for relaxing or working. There's a full kitchen, dining room, and shared gym. You'll sleep well with comfy mattresses, light-blocking curtains, and a circadian lighting system. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a hilltop view; the junior bedroom, a twin bed; and the 3rd bedroom, a backyard view & sink. There's parking and a shared laundry room. The space It's a fun property, with styles ranging from a traditional St. John's home to modern designs. There are three bedrooms, each sleeping a maximum of five people. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the small bedroom has a junior twin bed for one person. Junior twin beds are not suitable for very large or tall people, such as those over six feet. There's a shared semi-finished room behind the kitchen, with laundry and a small gym so you can stay fit. It has a decent dumbbell set, weight bench, mats, and a punching bag. If you have any questions, reach out. Guest access You will have access to the front unit, which includes a shared workroom and laundry facilities. The backyard is shared with your host. There is a pleasant outdoor area next to your kitchen where you can take out chairs, to relax. If you wish to use the backyard, which offers an amazing view, feel free to do so. However, we may need to coordinate at times, or share the space, which is a nice communal spot in the making.
