Additionally, there's a lovely small room with a junior bunk bed that can accommodate 2 children. Large private garden with lawn and mature trees. Terrace with a gas grill and garden furniture for relaxation. Large terrace in front of the house with space for 10-12 dining people. In the backyard, there's a cozy wooden terrace with lounge furniture and a cozy atmosphere. Furthermore, there's a trampoline, a tree with acrobatic rings, a small swing, as well as a playhouse and sandbox. The basement contains 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Room 1: Cozy guest room with a double bed and a good ambiance. Room 2: Activity room with a double sofa bed where 2 adults can easily sleep.
