On street free parking is also available. The space You will have the whole downstairs area of the house to yourself, this includes a queensize bedroom, bathroom a hall to store your luggage if needed as well as a private patio. The room itself has got a comfortable bed, desk and a chair, dresser, wardrobe as well as Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and a fridge and should provide everything you need for your stay. Guest access You will have access to your room via a private pathway which includes several steps from there you will have the bottom part of the property just to yourself, that way you will have all the privacy you need. The owners live upstairs but will leave you to it unless you wish to interact or need any advice or local tips. During your stay You will have all the privacy you need while staying here, however if you need any help with local tips or otherwise and we are around then we are happy to be available. Other things to note The room sleeps comfortably two guests but isn't suitable for children or anyone having difficulties walking as the house is located in a hilly suburb of Roseneath and contains several steps.
