Come and stay in rural New Hampshire in this peaceful home. Skiing is within 30 to either Mt Sunapee or Pat’s Peak!! You will not want to leave this mountain top setting once you experience the stunning views from the farmer’s porch and all of the main rooms, but if you do, there is a ten minute drive to Bradford’s restaurants, cafe, and convenience store with gas. For skiing, Mt. Sunapee is 30 minutes away, and Pat’s Peak is just 20 minutes away. Trail access is within walking distance. Our new place is open, airy, comfortable, and well decorated. Each space is set up to accommodate conversation groupings for adults, but we have added a den for TV watching. The kitchen area is large and bright, featuring a big island with huge views and is newly stocked with cooking gear and small appliances. Nearby is the open dining and living space, making for easy conversation. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor and feature new mattresses and high quality bedding. In addition, there are plenty of drawers and closet space in each room for personal items. You will love the views from the bedrooms! Please enjoy the front porch and side deck, as well as the horseshoe pit in the back, and take advantage of the trails nearby. The parking area can comfortably accommodate three cars. Although we are a bit off the beaten path, we are within 30 minutes of Mount Sunapee and within 20 minutes of Pats Peak for skiing. There is a small beach in Bradford on Lake Massasecum, and a large State Beach in Newbury on Lake Sunapee. You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement. I live in Bradford and will be available by phone during your stay. In spite of its remoteness, there are neighbors nearby, many of them with children and dogs. Please be respectful regarding noise and your speed coming up the hill. Please, no parties or events at the property. And no smoking or vaping inside the home.
