There is also a fully equipped bathroom on the top floor. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with HD TV and free Netflix for guests. You also have another comfortable bathroom with a wonderful and spacious south-facing terrace where you can spend spectacular moments of intimacy in front of unique ocean views. Free private parking space for our guests on the property and free street parking. Guest access Community pool 1 just to the left of our property that is accessed by means of a private card for owners only. Swimming pool 2 is right next to the mini-market on the upper street of the residential development. Exclusive parking space with electric opening through a remote control for customers right behind our property. Other things to note The house is located in the Los Caideros development. It has a small mini-market with basic necessities and fresh rolls. In Anfi del Mar, a few minutes walk away, you will find restaurants, an ice cream parlor, small clothing stores, a pharmacy, a supermarket and our wonderful Anfi beach, where you can hire sports and water activities of all kinds.
