Tynningö rural location near Stockholm and Vaxholm

30 minutes from Stockholm city by car. The house is perfect for the family who want to socialize and enjoy the tranquility while being close to the mainland. Tynningö is a nice green island that you will find only 30 minutes by car from Stockholm city or 10 minutes by boat from Vaxholm. On Tynningö, there is everything that belongs to the holiday; swimming areas, walking paths/trails, viewpoints, barbecue areas, tennis court, paddle court, pastures with grazing animals, ice cream shop and an unmanned grocery store. Free car ferry about twice/hour The space The house is located right next to both tennis and paddle tennis courts and in the summer, some weeks, tennis courses for children are organized. The nearest swimming area is about a five-minute walk away. On the island, there is also a lake that almost always has a really lovely swimming temperature. Swimming school is also organized here for the little ones in the summer. The house is spread over 1.5 floors where the lower floor has open social areas. The house is fully equipped with everything that provides a lovely vacation. Around the house there is a large terrace and a lovely pool to cool off in. On the terrace, there is outdoor furniture and of course a barbecue grill. In the house, there are a total of ten beds distributed as follows; Bedroom lower floor: double bed Bedroom 1 upper floor: double bed Bedroom, 2 upper floors: single bed (120 cm) Bedroom 3 upper floor: single bed (120 cm) Living room upper floor: double bed Shed: double bed, there is also a simpler bathroom. Boat, jet ski, and moped may be available for extra compensation. Guest access The entire home except for some wardrobes and storage. Other things to note The host does not rent out to youth gangs, for bachelor parties, stag parties or the like. The property has its own drilled well, so water must be used with care.
