On the Wine Route, Guebwiller

Small welcoming house and perfect for two adults and two kids/teenagers! Guebwiller is a small central town to visit Alsace. Between Colmar and Mulhouse, the wine route takes you through the vineyard ... and brings you to the discovery of beautiful castles! Not to mention the Markstein, a family ski resort, which, about twenty kilometers from the house, offers you its 12 slopes and all-season tobogganing! The space In our house you can make yourself at home. The bottom of the house is very bright and open for people to gather for a good meal or board games. The kitchen is really nice and equipped enough to make good food:) And upstairs, three bedrooms are waiting for you, as well as a bathroom and toilet. As soon as the sun allows, the terrace allows you to have a good time. The garden is not very large, but just look up a little to see the vineyards and multitudes of hiking trails! Our cat, Blacky, will surely come to see you; she is totally autonomous, food and water are available in the small cabin in the garden. Guest access The house is entirely reserved for you. We always leave you something to install, but remember to bring what you need if you spend a long stay with us (dishwasher product, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper, shower gel,... In short, what you use at home in your daily life...). It makes sense for many hosts, but we've already found our reserves empty :( Other things to note * Accommodation tax already included in the rate * House not intended for party with friends, bachelor/ bachelor party or other parties * Umbrella bed for the little ones available, just ask us! We also recently completed our baby equipment with a highchair. * Non-smoking house (smoking area on the terrace outside) * Pets not allowed - Our cat, Blacky (pucé), keeps its territory; it is totally autonomous and rather wild:) She will surely come to visit you. * Sheets and towels provided from a week of rental (7 nights) * In case of breakage (glass/plate/...) - what can happen - please notify and replace if possible. Small clarification that always fits in mutual respect: a broken object left prominently is NOT informed ...
