Refuge in the heart of Mosqueiro with a swimming pool

Charming house located in the village of Mosqueiro, two blocks from Bispo Beach, and two blocks from the main square, where the central market and a typical food center are located, including the famous tapiocaria. House with 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, social bathroom and external bathroom for the pool, full kitchen, with cold water filter. All rooms with air-conditioning and all bathrooms with electric shower. Garage for 5 cars. We offer Wi-Fi Internet. The space We have a large and cozy balcony with a barbecue grill for family gatherings, with several spaces to set up nets. For leisure, we have a pool with waterfall, a children's ping pong table, a little "catchy" football field and lemon and cajarana feet in which children can harvest fruit. We offer a bike for tours, which should be used exclusively by adults. Your pet is welcome, and will have plenty of room to run and play. Guest access Check-in must be between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. If the guest needs to arrive later, they must let us know in advance. Check-out must be by 12 noon. If there are no successive stays, it may be extended until 5 p.m. Small gatherings are allowed, always only ambient sound, without disturbing the neighbors. Food is not allowed in the pool. Smoking is not allowed. Other things to note Our standard lodging accommodates 11 guests comfortably in 5 double beds and 1 single bed, which are delivered with full bedding. We accept up to 4 extra guests, at no additional charge, but it is up to the guest to provide hammocks/mattresses/inflatable mattresses for them, with the respective bedding. The property has 5 pairs of hammock hangers in the bedrooms, 2 in the living room and 5 on the balcony, as well as space in the bedrooms for an inflatable mattress/mattress. We do not provide towels or hammocks. We provide a 20% discount for stays of 7 days or longer, already registered and calculated directly by the Airbnb platform.
