After entering through the apartment door, you will come into the living room with a cozy, pull-out sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. Here is also a kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine. A 50 inch TV is available. Through a well-insulating double door you enter the stylish, spacious and beautiful Masterbedroom which, in addition to a comfortable 1.80m wide bed, also has a closet and a large mirror. Guest access Through the courtyard you enter the side wing staircase and from there you have direct access to the ground level apartment. From both apartment rooms you can step out into the courtyard area. Very sunny located there is also a sand playground for small children, benches and some lawn. This can be used by all residents of the house. Directly in front of the apartment we have placed a small patio table and two chairs, so that you can also drink a coffee there in a sunny afternoon.
