The space **Exclusive guest apartment in a separate bungalow building:** This approx. 65 m² guest apartment offers you an undisturbed stay with a separate entrance. It includes a spacious living and sleeping area, a modern shower room with toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. We live in the main house on the front part of the property. **Comfort and tranquility:** The quiet location of the property guarantees a relaxed atmosphere. A parking space is available on the premises. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, and all rooms have external blinds for optimal darkening. For bicycles, there is a safe storage facility in a garage. **Private outdoor areas:** Enjoy your private terrace with comfortable seating and reclining furniture as well as a gas grill for social hours outdoors. **Ideal for small families:** The apartment is ideal for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). If required, we will be happy to provide you with a toddler bed and high chair. **Note about our family member:** Please note that our friendly Bernese mountain dog Bruno is part of our household. We ask for your understanding if a hair should occasionally get lost in the guest apartment. Guest access **Bungalow construction with separate access:** Separate access to the bungalow building ensures privacy and independence. **Child-friendly amenities:** On the property there are various play equipment such as a swing, a trampoline and a sandbox, which are available to your children. **Cozy evenings outdoors:** We will be happy to provide you with a fire bowl and sufficient wood for relaxing hours outdoors. Other things to note Benefit from Borsfleth's excellent transport connections: HVV connection: Since 01.01.2022, Glückstadt has been a member of the Hamburg Transport Association (HVV). Hamburg Central Station can be easily reached by train in 35 to 50 minutes. Direct connection to Sylt: There is a direct train connection from Itzehoe to Westerland/Sylt. "Altes Land" and Cuxhaven: With the Elbe ferry Glückstadt-Wischhafen you can reach the charming "Alte Land" in Lower Saxony, known for its fruit orchards, in about 20 minutes. From there you can reach Cuxhaven in less than 60 minutes. Wadden Sea National Park: Within 45 minutes you can reach the fascinating Wadden Sea National Park with its famous seal station. North Sea coast: The popular coastal towns of St. Peter-Ording, Büsum, Husum and Tönning can be reached in 60 to 90 minutes. Heligoland: For an unforgettable day trip to Heligoland, a ferry runs several times a day from Brunsbüttel, which you can reach by car in about 30 minutes from Brunsbüttel.
