The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to help you prepare your meals. The 27 inch TV is equipped with a VCR/DVD player for enjoying movie nights. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or after dinner drink on the screened lanai overlooking the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background (if you are lucky, you may even see one of Marco Islands gorgeous sunsets)! Beach chairs, towels and equipment are supplied for your convenience whether you decide to go to the beach or pool. Grills, an exercise room, laundry facilities and a covered designated parking spot are also provided. This condo is located at the south end of the island- being a PRIME location! You are walking distance to the Marco Walk Plaza. There you can enjoy a variety of restaurants to choose from or enjoy a day of shopping.
