Only registered guests are allowed on the premises (No parties and no more than 6 guests at any time). 3. No smoking anywhere on the property. 4. Hot Water Notice: Our water heater is currently on the smaller side. While we are working on replacing it with a larger unit, please note that hot water is limited and may run out during consecutive showers. It typically takes about 30 minutes for the boiler to reheat.
